Make
it Easy to Say "Yes"
 On most jobs, contract negotiations
begin when you submit a written bid. Attaching a proposed contract to that bid makes
it easy for your client to say "Yes." Every contractor who signs a construction
agreement has a chance to negotiate the terms of that agreement.
Even if not accepted immediately, a contract tendered with the written proposal
is likely to become the basis for further negotiation – especially if the
contract has a highly professional appearance and is obviously custom-designed for
the job.
If changes are required to overcome objections, it's easy to jump back into Oregon
Construction Contract Writer and change anything. You can even type right in the
contract, if required.
When the contract has been accepted, click to archive the contract where it can
be used later as a template for future jobs. Any CCW contract can be used or modified
as often as you want. Then click to use a prime contract as a template for subcontracts
on the same job. All job information is filled in for you and all key terms in the
prime contract are carried over to each subcontract.
